- 10 SDHP (75 lb)
- 20 Push ups (new standard)
- 30 Lateral Bar Jumps
Time - 8:28 - Right before the WOD started my stomach started to act up which seriously hampered my performance. The high pulls went well because I focused on keeping my feet wider.
12PM - Lunch
1c Almond Milk & Protein Powder
2 tbsp of Almond Butter
1 flax seed flat bread roll
1 apple
5PM - Snack

9PM - Dinner
1 Roll with Beef, Onion and Peppers
