Movements & Things to Improve

1) HSPU
2) Burpees
3) Double Unders
4) I need to improve my Endurance and MetCon
5) Hip Flexors - Improve Flexibility
6) Focus on form for all movements
7) Rope Climb - Using the foot grip all the way up rather than all upper body when I get closer to the top
